Product support and service seen from Indian experts

Eskan Electronics Ltd sees India as a big market for its wide range of tailor-made advanced solutions to increase local and national security, and to reduce the risks of disruption to peaceful existence posed by criminals and terrorists.

“We are building our solutions based on daily feedback and we can adapt to suit India’s requirements,” said Andy Williams, executive director for Eskan.

“We design the manufacturing components and we have different types of relationships in the market place, sometimes it is a straight forward distribution, and otherwise we manufacture bespoke items for our end users.

“We will always listen to our clients to ensure we support them the most appropriate equipment for their demanding role. Our primary role is supporting our UK government agencies, followed closely by those governments supported by the UK, such as India,” said Williams.

He noted that a large pool of technical expertise in India which would support and service Eskan products in the Indian market.

“We can train certain departments with the skill set. Software update and other upgrades can be done in India, supporting our clients,” Williams pointed out.

It has already deployed a number of units with the Indian military agencies, especially the jamming system and protect on for armed personnel.

Eskan develop, engineer and manufacture equipment, with supporting products from its new purpose-built UK premises, for law enforcement, intelligence services and military organisations worldwide.

In 2016, Eskan received the Queen’s award for Enterprise which is highly regarded across the world.

“It has strengthened our reputation in the countries to which we export,” he said.
