Burlington group to strengthen high-growth Indian market
CIRCOR International, a KKR portfolio company and global manufacturer of flow control products for industrial and aerospace markets, has completed the previously announced acquisition of Swelore Engineering Pvt Ltd and Hiro Nisha Systems Pvt Ltd, two leading Indian manufacturers of metering and reciprocating pumps.
The acquisition, originally announced on 22 Aug 2025, strengthens CIRCOR’s presence in the high-growth Indian market and adds a complementary portfolio of flow control technologies to its Industrial segment.
Swelore and Hiro Nisha will be integrated into Allweiler India, CIRCOR’s existing pumps business in the country.
