India is positioning itself as an industry centre of the world

India’s emergence as a global manufacturing power has led to the proliferation of highly productive industrial clusters all around the country, ranging from petrochemical corridors in Gujarat to steel belts in Odisha. However, many of these economic engines lack commercial air connectivity, according to observation by Fly AVCARE which aims to address this need, offering direct and exclusive private flights into industrial zones.

Fly AVCARE, one of the preferred providers of private aviation solutions that includes chartered flights and private aviation management across India, highlighted the urgent need to provide air connectivity to industrial clusters — petrochemicals, ports, logistics, steel production, mineral mining, power plants, semiconductors to energy special economic zones and account for export earnings, manufacturing, infrastructure development, and employment throughout the country.

It has highlighted in a special report on 11 July key industrial clusters that are important for India’s economy include the following:

•  Kandla-Gandhidham (Gujarat) – Ports, logistics, oil, chemical production, timber

•  Mundra (Gujarat) – One of the biggest port-based ecosystems in the world privately owned

•  Dahej (Gujarat) – Petrochemicals, Liquefied Natural Gas, heavy industry

•  Hazira-Surat (Gujarat) – Steel engineering and energy

•  Jamnagar (Gujarat) – Refining, petrochemicals trading

•  Rourkela (Odisha) – Steel and mineral mining

•  Durgapur-Asansol (West Bengal) – Steel, power generation and coal

•  Jharsuguda (Odisha) – Coal mining, aluminium processing, power plant

•  Dholera Special Investment Region (Gujarat) – Smart city and semiconductor manufacturing

•  Krishnapatnam-Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) – Ports and industrial zones

•  Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh) – Oils and gas refining, fertilizers production, seafood exports

•  Tuticorin (Tamil Nadu) – Port and industrial complex

•  Bellary-Hospet (Karnataka) – Steel production and mineral mining

•  Angul-Talcher (Odisha) – Coal, power plant and aluminium production

•  Sindhudurg-Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) – Tourism, fishing and port-based economy

Although vital in the Indian economy, most of these clusters suffer from severe connectivity problems related to air travel:

•  Lack of regular or non-existent commercial flights

•  Over-reliance on distant metro airports

•  Long and inconvenient multi-stage travel processes

•  Absence of any practical possibility for same-day return flights

•  Inflexible schedules of commercial airlines

Business Aviation: The Solution That Helps Businesses Operate Effectively

•  Increased Travelling Speed

There will be no need for a layover or long land transport after reaching a metro airport; flights go to the nearest airstrip in the industrial zones.

•  Time efficiency

Inspections of different facilities, site tours, meetings – everything can be done in just one working day.

•  Complete Schedule Flexibility

Flights can leave when needed by the clients rather than the airline schedule. Thus, urgent or emergency business will never suffer from delays.

•  Ability to operate to remote airports

Many industrial zones are served by airstrips that remain unused by commercial carriers. Private aircraft can operate to these remote airports.

•  Security and Confidentiality

All sensitive negotiations can be held inside the secure cabin without being observed by others, thus ensuring complete privacy

Supporting India’s Industry and Manufacturing

India is positioning itself as an industry centre of the world, and efficient transportation of people becomes as relevant as efficient transportation of cargo. While commercial aviation networks continue to grow – Fly AVCARE has arrived to ensure the immediate availability of access to all industrial clusters and corridors that cannot wait.

The idea is simple: connecting decision makers, investors, and specialists right where the business is done should be easy, and it should not take long.

Fly AVCARE aims to provide the safest, fastest, and most efficient private flying solutions, ensuring connectivity for all businesses in key domestic and international locations within India. Fiinews.com
