Clients reimagine engagement set new standard for CX, says Clifton

Alorica Inc, a global leader in digitally powered customer experiences (CX) from California, announced major investments in India with the opening of a new location in Bhartiya City and expansion of its sites in Bangalore (Pritech Park campus) and Mohali.

In response to a rapid surge in client demand, Alorica made strategic moves that led to the creation of 1,500 new jobs in the third quarter—significantly increasing its footprint across the country.

“India has quickly become one of our fastest-growing markets, consistently delivering top-ranked performance and scalability,” shared Max Schwendner, Co-CEO of Alorica http://commerce.gov.in.

“Our operations there are achieving nearly 70% year-over-year growth, having already tripled in size since inception. With this targeted expansion in India, we’re meeting the accelerated demand, particularly from our clients in healthcare, food delivery, utilities and retail,” Schwendner said on 2 Oct.

The 400-seat Mohali site and 350-seat Bhartiya City site feature modern collaboration zones, cafeterias, game rooms and dedicated recruitment centers. At the same time, Alorica added 450 seats at the Pritech Park facility to service large-scale healthcare programs.

Looking ahead, the company is preparing to support over 1,700 more employees next year. As part of its hiring efforts, Alorica is partnering with local universities including Bangalore University, National Academy of Sciences (NASI), St. Philomena’s College and M. S. Ramaiah College of Arts, Science & Commerce (MSRCASC).

“What sets Alorica apart is the way we pair our 25+ years of leading experience and Great Place to Work® certified culture with first-to-market AI solutions like Accent Harmonization, Alorica ReVoLT and evoAI,” said Mike Clifton, Co-CEO of Alorica.

“By bringing people, processes and technology together in real time, we’re helping clients reimagine engagement and set a new standard for CX—one that is truly interactive and immersive—all while tapping into India’s highly educated talent pool and proven cost advantages,” Clifton said.

Alorica’s industry-leading performance and products continue to garner widespread recognition. In 2025 alone, Alorica IQ, the company’s innovation hub, has earned nine technology awards, underscoring its leadership in AI-powered CX innovation. The company was named the CMP Research Best of the Best for Employee Experience at CCW (Customer Contact Week) and earned Great Place to Work® certifications in India, Jamaica, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic and Paraguay—plus repeat recognition in the Philippines, Guatemala, Colombia, Honduras, Mexico and Panama.
