The Holani Venture Capital Fund, approved by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), is empowered to raise and invest Rs.300 crore of the investor monies in the dynamic Indian equity markets.
The Holani Group promoted fund also has a greenshoe option to retain additional Rs.100 crore.
