Bengaluru set for 100 CNG stations in three years
Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has laid the foundation stones for the first 20 CNG stations out of the planned 100 in Bengaluru which are part of the 10,000 CNG Pump programme under the official gas-based economy that is being implemented in India.
On 25 March 2021, Confidence was nominated to set up and operate 100 CNG stations in Bengaluru city by Gail Gas, the CGD awardee.
It will set up 20 CNG stations by March 2022 and the remaining 100 Stations will be set up in the next 3 years. This will immensely benefit the Auto, Car , LCV, Trucks segment as they will ply on CNG as the petrol & diesel prices spiral upwards, said Confidence in a release on 21 Sept 2021.

Confidence will also be assisting CNG retrofitment in Bengaluru through authorised retrofitter network.
