Andhra Pradesh’s MoUs
Andhra Pradesh has attracted Rs.10.54 lakh crore investments and signed 665 Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs), announced #Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at the 23rd #CII Partnership Summit at Visakhapatnam on 28 Jan 2017.
The MoUs were signed by #ONGC, #GAIL, #HPCL, #REC, #GMR, #IOCL, #Ramco, #Essel Infra, #IL&FS, #LEPL Ventures, #Next Orbit, #NSL Mining, #Drone Defence, #Ceat, #Apollo Tyres, #Tata Chemcals, #Wipro, #Hindustan LNG, #Shree Cement and #Chettinad Cement among others, reported Economic Times.
The two day summit was held by #Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
The state had signed 328 MoUs for Rs.4.67 lakh crore during the last summit, 40 per cent of which were converted into reality.
Naidu has vowed to further improve Andhra Pradesh’s ease of doing business rankings to emerge among the top global destinations soon. It is also ranked among the top in the World Bank’s ease of doing business.
Naidu has assured quality and uninterrupted power, water, land and infrastructure to the industries, apart from corrupt-free governance and all approvals within 14 days. fii-news.com
