Quixey, a mobile technology company connecting people to apps, is partnering with international expansion expert Radius for strategy and support as it grows operations in China, Hong Kong, India and Israel.
Radius is helping Quixey set up a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) in China and subsidiaries in Hong Kong and India, and it is providing back-office operational support in all four locations.
“Our focus continues to be beyond the U.S., and growth in Asia and other regions is important to our strategy,” said Wade Ang, VP and Corporate Controller of Quixey. “Radius is a valuable partner as we pursue this strategy because we can quickly tap into their expertise and capabilities no matter where or when we expand next.”
Radius is providing payroll, financial and accounting and value added tax (VAT) compliance services for Quixey in China, India and Israel. It’s also providing human resources support and compliance expertise in China and India.
“Quixey’s latest round of funding includes new international investors, a strong indication that its story is increasingly reaching a global audience,” said Chris Stone, CEO of Radius. “The company is already much more than a Bay Area success story, and we look forward to helping them establish and manage new operations as they rapidly gain market share in new regions.”
Bristol headquartered Radius helps companies expand and win globally. It meet the needs of over 600 clients operating in 110 countries around the world. fii-news.com
