Leading outsourcing and managed service provider, Patra Corporation has announced its inclusion in the San Francisco Business Times’ list of fastest-growing private companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, saying its rating was supported by India-based operations.
A new operations center in Raipur, India, and expansion of Patra’s existing India facilities has supported this growth with increased processing and customer support capacity.
California-based Patra provides insurance organizations – including retail brokers, wholesale brokers, MGAs and carriers – with cost-effective solutions to the increasing burden of time-consuming processing operations.
Solutions include policy servicing, certificate services and accounting, as well as on-demand services such as loss run ordering, workers’ compensation modification estimations and loss summaries.
“Patra is celebrating ten years of helping insurance agencies to realize their growth potential, so we are thrilled to receive this recognition for our company’s own impressive accomplishments,” said John Simpson, CEO and Co-Founder of Patra.
“This year we have continued to broaden our scope of services, adding claims processing and expanding our small accounts management services.”
“We’ve built our business by responding to client needs, adding services and technologies at their request and we look forward to more growth and success in the future,” added Simpson.
Annual rankings are based on company revenues from the most recent three fiscal years. Patra is number 77 on the 2015 ‘Fast 100’. It is the largest company to be recognized, having doubled its number of employees to more than 1,100 in three years. fii-news.com
