A 27-meter wide six lane tunnel underneath Pragati Maidan will ease traffic where Delhi will witness the development of International Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre (IECC) and Integrated Transit Corridor Development (ITCD) Project.
Funding has been approved for the ITCD which will lead to traffic decongestion in and around Pragati Maidan, currently a common place for hosting international exhibitions.
The iconic IECC will become a hub for world leaders and businesses to host international events, making Delhi a global city, officials said at the foundation stone laying on 22 Dec 2017.
