Investors gave overwhelming response, says Bhagat
Mehai Technology Limited (BSE: 540730), a diversified company with interests spanning electronics trading, IT services, and EPC projects, has successfully completed its Rs.74.11 crore Rights Issue, saying it reflected strong confidence in the company’s vision and growth trajectory.
The issue received an overwhelming response from investors, achieving an oversubscription of 143.69%, Mehai said on 18 Oct.
The funds raised through the Rights Issue will be utilised for repayment or prepayment of existing borrowings, working capital requirements, loans to subsidiary Mehai Aqua for repayment of bank borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
