Biodegradable packaging and bags producer to list on NSE
Kolkata-headquartered global exporter, Ecoline Exim Limited, will use proceeds from the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to set up a new manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad and backward integration for existing operations, all of which is estimated to cost Rs.50 crore.

• Issue size: 54,20,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs.76.42 crore (at upper price band)

The public issue consists of a Fresh Issue of 43,40,000 equity shares and an Offer for Sale of 10,80,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders.
The issue is being managed by Hem Securities Limited as the Book Running Lead Manager, and MUFG Intime India Private Limited as the Registrar to the issue. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on NSE Emerge.
