As part of the partnership, Tech Mahindra will integrate Uniphore’s BAIC platform into its Agentic AI Factory, enabling the development, deployment and management of purpose-built small-language models (SLMs), AI agents and industry-specific solutions. In Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), the initial solutions will address Unclaimed Benefits and Claims Processing, areas where accuracy, compliance and speed of resolution are critical to both business performance and customer outcomes.
