Bharadwaj made Chief Business Officer

Cupertino, California’s Indium, an AI-driven digital engineering firm that empowers enterprises to innovate and scale, has appointment Ram Khizamboor as its Chief Operating Officer to materially scale the depth and breadth of its delivery engine.

Khizamboor brings over three decades of global IT leadership experience, having led large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. In his previous role as Chief Delivery Officer of LTIMindtree, he oversaw client delivery across global delivery centres, talent supply chain, employee engagement, leadership development and other strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to LTIMindtree, he held senior positions at Cognizant, Tata Consultancy Services, Target and Danske IT, bringing rich and diverse experience of managing high performance teams at large global system integrators as well as global capability centers.

“As Indium expands its client relationships through an AI-first approach, strengthens its global delivery capabilities, builds on its leadership talent, we wanted to materially scale the depth and breadth of our delivery engine,” said Ram Sukumar, Co-founder and CEO of Indium.

“Ram Khizamboor with his vast experience of delivering complex transformation programs at scale will enable us to build on the strong foundation, enhance operational excellence, build agility into our AI-driven solutions, and accelerate the next phase of our high-growth journey,” he said on 8 Sept.

“I am excited to join Indium, a company that’s synonymous with high levels of customer satisfaction and employee delight,” said Ram Khizamboor. “With its AI-first strategy, strong growth momentum, enhanced service capabilities, and expanding global presence, Indium is well-positioned to shape its clients’ transformation agendas. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive high levels of efficiency and innovation, while scaling our impact and strengthening our position as a trusted partner to clients worldwide.”

As part of this strategic leadership realignment, Jagannath Bharadwaj will transition from his current COO role to that of Chief Business Officer – Partnerships and Consulting, operating out of the US and collaborating with our global partners to offer a wider range of domain and technology solutions to clients.
