14 stations and 300-km to be added to Indian rail network
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) has approved on 28 Aug 3 projects of Ministry of Railways that are estimated cost of Rs.6,456 crore and would cover 7 districts in 4 states — Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh globaltenders.com.
Fourteen New Stations will be constructed meed , providing enhancing connectivity to 2 Aspirational Districts (Nuapada and East Singhbum), and connecting approx. 1,300 villages sbi .
