Sonowal highlights goal to propel Assam’s infrastructure development
Efforts are underway to expand the capacity of Digboi Refinery, Asia’s oldest crude oil processing plant, Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal has informed his community members of Dibrugarh parliamentary seat shipmin.
Plans are to increase the refinery’s capacity from 0.69 million tonnes to 1 million tonnes opec , said Sonowal as he outlined a vision for inclusive development across different ethnic groups from various parts of Assam, encompassing all assembly constituencies under the Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency aramco.
