Indian engineering works on robust order book amounting to $7bn

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) says Rs.300 crore raised through the issuance of Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis was listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Ltd https://www.bseindia.com/ on 13 June 2024.

KPIL https://www.kalpataruprojects.com/ has a robust order book amounting to US$7 billion as of 31 March 2024, and a consolidated revenue of US$2.4 billion for FY24.

According to the filing, “The company has raised Rs.300 crore by allotment of 30,000 NCDs of the face value of Rs.100,000 each on private placement basis.”
