Waterloo, Ontario’s eSentire Inc says its new Technology Innovation Centre in Bengaluru will extend global footprint and give eSentire access to a pool of exceptional engineering talent, with expertise in cybersecurity, generative AI and low-code orchestration and automation India.
The legal entity eSentire India Private Limited will accelerate the capabilities of eSentire’s Atlas XDR Cloud Platform across three core functions:
Low-code orchestration and automation to scale the security expertise of eSentire security analysts in stopping cyberattacks;
Generative AI to augment investigation and response workflows for both end-users and the eSentire Security Operations Center (SOC);
Further development of eSentire Intellectual Property, delivering native security detection, investigation and response across network, endpoint, log, cloud and identity data sources.
Dustin Hillard, eSentire Chief Technology Officer, and Raghunath Konda, eSentire VP of Engineering, spearheaded the launch of the new Centre in Bengaluru, including the hiring of 50 India-based software engineers, who will contribute to the enhancement of the Atlas XDR Cloud Platform.
