Indian industry stalwarts to address NRF June conference
The APAC edition of the National Retail Federation (NRF), to be held in Singapore, is expecting between five per cent to 10 per cent delegates for its 5,000-participant strong Singapore show in June, said Ryf Quail, Managing Director of the global retail event that is held annually in New York.
“The Indian consumer is increasingly shifting towards digital payments, facilitated by the government and bolstered by the pandemic. Certain sectors such as apparel, groceries and electronics are exhibiting higher stickiness to digital payments,” says Anushri Bansal, Senior Economist, Asia Pacific, Mastercard.
Delegates at the 3- day event in June 2024 will be able to get insights from Indian industry stalwarts Kumar Rajagopalan, Chief Executive Officer, Retailers Association of India, Shireesh Joshi, Chief Business Officer, The Open Network for Digital Commerce, and Mathsy Kutty, APAC Leader, The Climate Pledge, Amazon. The three will be speaking at the conference to be held along with the exhibition 11-13 June 2024.
More than 300 exhibitors will feature a comprehensive array of content celebrating Asia’s retail successes, challenges and opportunities; as well as the latest technologies and innovations disrupting the retail and consumer landscape in the region.
The event is being organized by The Comexposium Group and NRF. Fiinews.com
