Gurugram-based Dixit to build client base in South Asia
India remains a key market for both Toluna and MetrixLab’s growth strategies to become a one-of-a-kind organization that offers end-to-end market research capabilities and sets a new standard for delivering world-class insights.
To implement this growth strategy, the newly appointed Managing Director Dixit Chanana has been given full responsibility to meet the companies’ goal, says Ludo Milet, MD for Asia Pacific for Toluna and MetrixLab, the globally linked companies.
Toluna had acquired MetrixLab, a renowned global leader in market research and insights, from Macromill Inc in June this year.
“Dixit will focus on commercial and operational integration and ensuring our clients continue to receive the best of our innovative research solutions and agile technology platform,” Milet said on 23 Oct 2023.
Dixit will also head up commercial activities for both entities and consolidate and build the client base in the Indian and South Asian markets, including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
He will also work towards a seamless integration of the two companies. Dixit brings a wealth of experience from over 20 years in market research, sales, business expansion, brand building, and team leadership.
Gurugram-based Dixit joined Toluna in 2020 as the Country Director for India office and has successfully established Toluna as a leader in technology-driven, agile online research companies in India.
