Shah expands global footprint to India, seeks world-class talent
ACA Group, the leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) advisory and technology firm in financial services with international network, says its Pune office is to service the growing financial services market in the region and, most importantly increase its access to great talent to support rapid global growth.
The new office opened on 13 February and adds to ACA’s “follow the sun service”, which will support clients around the clock and improve project turnaround times.
As regulatory scrutiny across the globe intensifies and becomes more complex, ACA has taken this strategic stance to immediately boost global compliance capabilities in high-stakes areas such as managed or outsourced services and RegTech.
ACA Partner, Richard Kemmling, has relocated to Pune and taken the Head of APAC role. High-profile hires have already been made, including a Head of Operations and Head of HR – a sign of ACA’s intention to make Pune a key strategic hub.
Over the next 12 months, the firm will hire more than 100 individuals with initial hires in ACA’s Managed services, IT support/application and risk specialist divisions.
This expansion into Pune allows ACA to deliver its product and service offerings to additional global corporations while providing internal opportunities for accelerated career experience and growth.
