Nexus Malls boasts of 9.3 m sq ft Grade A retail space in India
Nexus Malls, the Indian Retail Portfolio arm of world’s leading investment firm, The Blackstone Group, is setting up EV charging stations and battery swapping stations across their portfolio of 17 malls across 13 cities in association with Jio-bp, an India-UK joint venture.
In the first phase, these charging stations for two- and four-wheelers EVs will be available at the company’s malls in Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad from June 2022.
Nexus Malls entered the Indian Retailing in 2016 and now boasts of a portfolio of 9.3 million square feet of Grade A retail space in the country.
