Taneja, Sreeram and Feinstein named directors in India
Tesla India Motors and Energy Private Ltd has incorporated Research and Development unit in Bengaluru on 8 January 2021 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa has confirmed to the Deccan Herald on 12 Jan 2021.
Tesla will start its operations with an R&D unit, he said.
Vaibhav Taneja, Venkatrangam Sreeram, and David Jon Feinstein are directors of the incorporated entity of the electric vehicle giant’s Bengaluru’s branch.
The private company has an authorised capital of Rs.1,500,000 and a paid capital of Rs.100,000.
The Californian group’s current products include electric cars, battery energy storage from home to grid scale, solar panels and solar roof tiles, as well as other related products and services. #technology #makeinindia #manufacturing #investment /fiinews.com
