Swiss Technology Transfer Pact

Apollo Micro Systems (AMS) has signed an agreement with P2M Aviation Sagl of Switzerland to market Speed Canard Aircraft across the world under the name “JetAyuh”.
“JetAyuh” is a full carbon construction Hybrid Engine Trainer Canard Aircraft with more than 10 hours endurance.
The agreement was signed at the Aero India 2019 which was held 20-24 Feb in Bengaluru.
Additionally, the collaboration will subsequently enable AMS to commence manufacturing of “JetAyuh” by entering into Definitive Agreement with P2M to transfer the Technology.
AMS Managing Director Karunakar Reddy Baddam said the collaboration enhances company’s offerings in the field of Aviation.
“We are positive and excited to enter into platform based business module through JetAyuh,” he said.
AMS has also joined hands with Steadicopter Limited of Israel to market the Black Eagle 50 Rotary Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (RUAV) “Steadicopter” in India.
AMS unveiled the Steadicopter at the Aero India, after signing the agreement.
Steadicopter is lightweight, compact, endurance 4 Hours, Dual sensor IR/EO Camera with automatic Vertical takeoff and Landing and a user-friendly interface and much more.
Steadicopter applications extends to Defence, Civil and Homeland Security, said AMS.
