Chopra to work on bilateral opportunities
OSI Systems, Inc. announces that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Deepak Chopra, to the U.S. Section of the U.S. – India CEO Forum.
The appointment was made by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur Ross.
“I am deeply honored to be selected to participate in the U.S. – India CEO Forum, and I look forward to working with my colleagues to discuss opportunities to promote bilateral trade, investment and job creation in both countries,” Deepak Chopra said in a release on 13 Dec 2018.
Deepak Chopra was previously appointed twice to the U.S. – Brazil CEO Forum from 2011-2013 and 2015-2017.
Established in 2005, the U.S. – India CEO Forum brings together leaders of the business communities of the United States and India to discuss issues of mutual interest, particularly ways to strengthen the economic and commercial ties between the two countries, and to communicate their joint recommendations to the U.S. and Indian governments.
