Time for Beijing to correct trade trends
Indian exporters are among more than 3,000 companies from over 130 countries participating in the six-day China International Import Expo being held in Shanghai.
India’s participation, including the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO) is to reduce over US$51 billion trade deficit with China.
The Indian delegation is led by Commerce Secretary Anup Wadhawan.
President Xi Jinping opened at expo on 5 Nov 2018.
Global industry has thronged to the expo, China’s first international mega event. It ends on 10 Nov 2018.
