Ministerial and top Armed Forces brass to lead delegations
Major defence manufacturers from USA, UK, Russia, France, Israel, South Korea and Sweden are among others with confirmed participation in DefExpo India 2018 which is being held 11-14 April.
Forty-two countries have already confirmed their participation and the number is expected to grow in the coming days, said a Defence Ministry press release.
Ministerial level delegates and top brass from Army, Navy and Airforce from overseas are expected at the three-day expo being held at is Tiruvidanthal, Kancheepuramdistrict on the East Coast Road near Chennai.
DefExpo 2018 will showcase India as a major hub of defence production in the world, said the release.
