Palm oil technology and urea-ammonia plant for mutual benefits
Malaysia and India have signed seven pacts during the six-day official visit of Prime Minister Mohammed Najib Razak which began on 30 March 2017.
These included an air services agreement and six memorandums of understanding for mutual recognition of educational qualifications as well as on cooperation in sports, human resource development, and palm oil technology.
An MoU was also signed on proposed development of a urea and ammonia plant in Malaysia, exclusively for export to India and for offtake of existing surplus urea from Malaysia to India.
Najib, on a six-day visit from 30 March 2017, has held meetings with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called on President Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi. fii-news.com
