Faun Trackway in manufacturing talks
#Faun Trackway USA Inc from Washington sees the potential of manufacturing its tracks in India for use by the Indian armed forces.
“We are prepared to discuss with the authority in India for there are requirements for such trackways,” said Michael Jordan, business development manager.
“The tracks can be manufactured locally with our assistance,” he told fii-news.com at the #Aero India 2017, held 14-18 February in Bengaluru.
The trackway is flexible and can be made into a roadway or strip for helicopters. These can be used in soft ground, desert and muddy terrains.
