Paris-based #Masa Group SA is hoping to supply its simulators based on artificial intelligence capabilities for cost effective training for battalions, command posts, managing logistics and work out rescue scenario operations in complex disaster.
Masa has a representative making presentation, holding demonstration and promoting the simulators to the Indian army, said Enrico Raue of Masa Group at the #MilSim, a military simulator exhibition held in Singapore Jan 17-18, 2017.
“We hope to work closely with the Indian army and provide the solution for battalion, brigade and command post trainings,” said Raue.
He elaborated, “The role of the army is not only peacekeeping but it is also internal security, different conflicts and natural disaster. For these, the armed forces have to train together with other associated forces, like police and fire-fighting to save lives in complex situation.”
The system can be adapted to each country’s requirement.
“We want to work with the Indian army and adapt the system to their requirement,” he said.
Masa has already supplied the simulators to armed forces in Africa, France, New Zealand among others. Its recent customer is Bangladesh armed forces. fii-news.com
