Bharti Airtel Ltd and Zensar Technologies Ltd were recognized for their services to employees and communities at the the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES) on November 5, 2015 in Singapore.
Bharti was ranked top community care company for working with various Non-Government Organizations to empower disadvantaged communities through need-based intervention in the realm of education, employment generation, sanitation, healthcare, disaster management and environment protection.
Zensar Technologies was recognised for its exceptional service capabilities and industry-leading solutions as well as for having bagged prestigious awards in areas such as R&D, people practices, CSR programmes and sustainability initiatives.
The Pune-based Zensar was honored with an industry champion of the year award.
The ACES Awards is a two-year-old programme organised by Malaysia’s MORS Group, which champions revolutionary leadership and sustainability in companies operating in the Asian region.
Twelve Indian corporations were nominated from India for ACES awards 2015.
This year 122 nominations were received from companies in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Hong Kong. Thirty-one Asian companies were given the awards for their services to the community and caring for employees. fii-news.com
