Eros International Plc, a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry, has acquired PingTune, a UK-based music messaging company that allows fans to discover, share and listen to music through their app on iOS & Android.
The PingTune acquisition provides Eros’ digital platform ErosNow with a first mover advantage in building a differentiated, one-of-a-kind music experience over any other major platform in India.

PingTune allows fans to discover, share and listen to music through their app. In addition, PingTune enables artists to create and own official profiles so that they can interact and deliver content directly to fans.
