ADNOC commits
#Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has highlighted its strategic partnerships and economic relationships with the Indian market, backed by investments.
“India sits very high on our strategic partnerships and strategic economic relationships agenda and we would do everything we can to expand that relationship and to develop new avenues for partnerships and cooperation,” said ADNOC chief executive officer Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber in New Delhi on Jan 26, 2017.
“We are very serious about this relationship,” he told Economic Times, underlining the importance of Indian energy market, rated as the world’s biggest.
ADNOC will store crude oil in India’s strategic reserves, and invest in new and existing refineries and petrochemical plants in the country.
Jaber has also invited Indian companies to invest in Abu Dhabi oil and gas sector. fii-news.com
