Tata leads Singapore Marathon

India’s Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its partnership as Official IT Provider to the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore scheduled for 3-4 December 2016.

TCS is set to provide the third-generation of the official race smartphone app and has also grown its corporate presence at the 2016 race, including the initiation of a new charity fundraising program.

Girish Ramachandran, President, TCS Asia Pacific said: “TCS is extremely excited to continue our relationship as Official IT Provider of the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore in 2016, and to once again deliver our world-leading and award-winning digital capabilities and technology to the largest mass running event in South East Asia”.

Since it was first introduced in 2014, successive annual builds of TCS’ Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore app have expanded in features and functionality making it an essential companion to the race for both runners and friends and family of participants.
