Fischer Connectors is directly involved in the Indian market through its office in Gurgaon, supplying to OEM manufacturers and subcontractors.

“We deal directly in the Indian market through our Indian office. We can manufacture in multiple locations including the UK (or Switzerland, Germany, USA) then ship to India as finished product or supply OEM for assembly. We can also design and build cable harnesses locally in India – so we can supply our Indian customers directly,” said Antonia McIntosh, Marketing Specialist at Fischer Connectors.

Fischer Connectors is also looking at active solutions such as designing products with established customers, said McIntosh at the DSEI 2019 held 10-13 Sept 2019 in London.

“Going forward in the state-of-the-art technology seeking global market, Fischer Connectors is now focusing on Active Solutions. We are going beyond the connector – to deliver passive technology and wireless devices,” said McIntosh.

The 60-year old-Swiss origin manufacturer and designer of high- performance push-pull connectors, cable assembly solutions and eventually further to the end product connections.

Elaborating, McIntosh said Fischer Connectors helps its customers around the world produce innovative and reliable applications by designing, manufacturing and distributing high-performance, rugged connectivity solutions that withstand the most demanding environment.

“Proven in dismounted soldier, command and control as well as unmanned surveillance applications, our electrical and optical connector solutions are used in Defence and Security operations globally,” said McIntosh.
