Netsmart, an industry-leading provider of healthcare IT, augmented intelligence (AI) and automation solutions from Kansas, has opened a new office in Bengaluru to strengthen its operational capabilities, streamlining software development and accelerating delivery of innovative healthcare solutions to the communities it serves.
The Bengaluru office, inaugurated at the Godrej Centre in Hebbal, serves as a strategic hub for the Netsmart India-based team, focusing on software product design, development and building AI-powered solutions.
As an extension of the US-based R&D organization, it drives healthcare innovation, expands the Netsmart global presence and supports accelerated growth. By leveraging local talent and scaling innovation, this expansion further enables Netsmart to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, Netsmart said on 6 Oct.

The Netsmart India office is led by Lalitha JS. She joins Netsmart with more than 30 years of experience as a technology and engineering leader in the IT industry. Her extensive experience in leading product development teams and her dedication to leveraging technology for societal benefit, align with the Netsmart mission to empower healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
