17 large-medium size projects given approval
Karnataka’s State Industries and Commerce Department has cleared a total of 78 investment proposals worth Rs.5,298.69 crore at a State Level Single Window Clearance Committee meeting chaired by the Minister for Large and Medium Scale Industries Murugesh R Nirani.
The committee has approved 17 important large and medium size industrial projects worth Rs.3,552.66 crore, the State’s Ministry for Large and Medium Scale Industries said on 19 Mar 2023.
Also approved were 59 new projects worth Rs 1,542.88 crore. Each of these projects would invest between Rs.15+ crore and Rs.50 crore.
Two projects with additional investment of Rs.203.15 crore have also been approved, said the statement. fiinews.com
