State provides free land for Rs.100cr hospital
Minister of Labour and Employment Bhupender Yadav has laid the foundation stone of 100-bed Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital in Tripura from New Delhi in a virtual event held on 15 Jan 2023.
The proposed Rs.100 crore hospital will be completed in three years to provide latest medical facilities for more than 60,000 people in Agartala and nearby areas.
Chief Minister of Tripura, Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha informed that the State Government of Tripura has provided free 5-acre land for the hospital.
In his address during the event, Minister Yadav underlined the Central Government’s commitment rapid development in the North East states. fiinews.com
