Gowda assures Govt support

The chemicals and petrochemicals industry has become a top export sector of the country for the first time, shipping Rs.2.68 lakh crore during April 2019-Jan 2020, 14.35% of the total exports.

The Apr’19-Jan’20 chemical exports grew by 7.43% over previous corresponding period.

Congratulating the industry, Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers DV Sadananda Gowda assured full support towards making India a leading global hub for manufacturing chemicals and petrochemicals for the global markets. fiinews.com
