UK products used by DRDO
The UK-based MPE Ltd is working on increasing its services in the Indian defence sector. It has currently established network through associate Strongfield Technologies.
“We are in discussions with a number of Indian companies on furthering our business,” said John Jephcott, MPE’s Key Account Manager.
MPE specialise in military applications, installations and vehicle protection to a high performance and high frequency standards.
“We have the longest standing and proven heritage of design, development and manufacture of high performance EMC/EMP filters and capacitors within the industry,” he pointed out.
Its products are also being used by the Indian defence sector through industry heavyweights Defence Research and Development Organization among others.
“Our product, made at the Liverpool facility, are for protection against electrical interference for defence facilities, military vehicles & equipments,” explained Jephcott.
“These are very exclusive products and tested to the highest standards for application in the armed forces,” he said.
