Capacity raised to 4.5 MPPA
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the construction of New Domestic Terminal Building and other allied structures at Patna airport at an estimated cost of Rs.1,216.90 crore.
The Terminal will raise passenger handling capacity to 4.5 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA) from existing 0.7 MPPA at the Patna airport.
The 65,155 sqm building will be equipped with world class passenger facilities.
