US-India bilateral target at US$500bn
Board members of United States India Business Council (USIBC) leaders have expressed their desire to prepare a roadmap to achieve the target of US$500 billion in bilateral trade.
The leaders called on the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 7 Sept 2018 and expressed their interest to expand meaningfully their CSR (corporate and social responsibility) activities in India.
Interacting with the members, the Prime Minister highlighted enormous investment potential in India, and encouraged the American investor community to step up investment in the country.
