DBOT project on offer in Assam
Assam Tourism has 3.33-acre of vacant land for development of resort/tourism lodge at village Bezaltoli Gaon Mouza, Roggagora Revenue Circle in Tinsukia Area.
Project cost is estimated Rs.33 crore to Rs.40 crore (US$5.08 – US$6.15 million).
The development will be on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) mode.
Proposed Infrastructure: Tourist Reception Centre Restaurant Parking for visitors Souvenirs store 3 Star Resort/tourist lodge with 100 rooms.
The land is located near the Dibru-Saikhowa National Park and bounded by by the Brahmaputra River and Arunachal hills in the north and Dibru and Patkai hills on the south.
Connectivity: Mohanbari (Dibrugarh) airport is ~40-km from the site.
Dibrugarh is the nearest railway station.
Tinsukia is well connected with Dibrugarh town by National Highway 37.
