Two mtpa plant to be completed in 15 months.
Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, an entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, and Cement Corporation of India (CCI), are to build a two million ton/year (mtpa) plant.
RINL is offering around 35 acres of land for the Rs.150 crore JV plant in its premises at Vishakhapatnam.
RINL will supply Fly Ash and Blast Furnace Slag for the Plant to be built in two phases of one million tonne capacity each.
It would be completed in 15 months from the date of placement of order.
Plant and machinery available with CCI are expected to bring down the project cost.
