Essel Group ME (EGME) has recently acquired Dubai-based Serena Middle East, business of media and production company Serena and part of its diversified growth strategy.
The acquisition furthers EGME’s diversified growth strategy and provides an attractive entry into the region’s fast-growing and vibrant media and production industry.
Serena is the most advanced post production studio in Spain.
Renowned for its creative talent and technological skill, Serena has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including Proctor & Gamble, Nestle, Coca Cola, Unilever, Vodafone and Etisalat.
Serena was established in Spain in 2002 and Serena ME launched in Dubai in 2012.
