iQOR

iQor, a global provider of customer interaction solutions and product support services, has expanded its service network in India to 114 cities in 23 states, delivering consistent and world-class end-to-end aftermarket services to leading global brands.

In November 2015, iQor announced that it will be investing US$200 million in India to build a world-class service delivery network in every part of the country. Since then, the company has expanded its presence from 82 cities in 17 states to 114 cities in 23 states, with 120 company owned and operated premium customer walk-in centers and field support services.

iQor has hired over 1,000 professionals since November.

According to the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), average household incomes in India are expected to triple over the next two decades, making the country the world’s fifth-largest consumer economy within the next decade. India is already the world’s second largest mobile phone market.

“The Indian consumer market is growing and evolving in profound and fundamental ways,” says Peter Sykora, iQor’s COO-Electronics and Infrastructure. “We are investing significantly in building a very differentiated product support network in India that will enable global and domestic brands to deliver a consistent, world-class consumer experience in every region of the country.”

iQor plans to extend its network to 200 cities in all 29 states by end of June 2016 and is investing in delivering an Integrated Service Model that will enable clients across industries to provide end-to-end services while significantly reducing their cost.

iQor currently supports leading telecom, mobility, and technology brands and has recently expanded into lighting and consumer durable segments.

“More than ever, the Indian consumer has more choices and expects a higher standard of service,” says Sanjay Vidyarthi, iQor Managing Director-India. “As the world’s leading brands enter and expand in India, our infrastructure and capabilities will enable them to deliver an exceptional customer and product support experience across every region.”
iQor provides customer interaction and product support services in 18 countries with 32,000 employees. fii-news.com
