#5BARz International (OTCQB: BARZ) (www.5BARz.com) (“5BARz” or “the Company”) said its subsidiary, 5BARz India Private Limited has added remote management system capability to its network extender and as a result is positioned to gain significant market share in India in 2017.
The company recently completed development, prototype testing and field testing of its remote management system which will enable 5BARz and its current telecom customers in India the ability to monitor 24/7 functioning of network extender & its performance.
This enhanced feature positions the 5BARz™ Network Extender as the preferred solution in the India market and the company expects to see a significant increase in sales volumes in 2017.
Having reached commercial rollout last year by providing excellent indoor coverage to consumers, both of our major Telco customers requested remote management access as a feature to be integrated into the network extender.
This took longer than anticipated to complete, develop and test due to modification of machine to machine module architecture to customize as per 5BARz remote management requirement which led to delays in volumes.
The final sign off by both customers was completed in December 2016 and now 5BARz is able to accelerate volumes with the full complement of performance with remote access control of Network extender.
Currently 5BARz Remote Management System supports both IP based and SMS based communication and is runtime selectable. 5BARz™ Network Extender not only provides superior performance in boosting signal but also provides the richest and most sophisticated remote access control in the industry and is poised for a big rollout in 2017.
This is the first time that these top two Telcos in India will be competent to track the key performance indicators of their network at a home level by comprehending the incoming signal strength, signal boost required for the homes and also usage patterns of phones in the house.
5BARz intends to revise and update its sales guidance on the Network Extender due to this significant accomplishment and the two quarter delay in the overall development & deployment of the advanced remote management system.
