The United States-based Saferack is set to expand supply of its heavy-duty mobile access solutions in India through partnership with Bastion Solutions of Bangalore which will help improve safety and productivity at Manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facilities.

SafeRack manufactures a range of industry leading access solutions into the Aerospace industry. Manufactured using precision laser technology, the systems support safety compliance and offer fall protection that’s durable, easy to operate and requires little maintenance.

“We would like to see the Indian government review current restrictive import duty on the aluminum-based access setups for industrial sector, said Jonathan Quy-Verlander, Saferack’s international sales manager.

Saferack uses a cutting edge technology to manufacture products in the United States to international quality and safety standards. “India needs such high standard products for its industrial sector,” he added.

“The marketing plan is to stock the access solutions in India for the specific needs of customers in the industrial sector,” he said while exhibiting at the recent Farnborough International Airshow.

“We have supplied access solutions to the oil & gas industry and will now be working with partners Bastion Solutions to develop a supply chain covering the civil aviation industry.

“Given the accelerated industrialization programme, Saferack products fit into the heavy-duty environment in airports, power plants and process industries,” he highlighted. fii-news.com
